| 12/05/01 NanoLab was awarded a Phase II SBIR contract for the scaleup of its carbon nanotube growth technology | |
| The SBIR Phase II contract, valued at $750,000 was awarded December 5th, 2001. The contract calls for NanoLab to scale its carbon nanotube growth technology to multi kilogram per day levels. This effort will productize several grades of carbon nanotubes for electrochemical, structural composite, and electrical conductivity enhancement applications. | |
